A well-rounded Etixx-Quickstep 2015 cycling team was presented to fans at the Vlaams Wielercentrum Eddy Merckx in Gent, Belgium on Wednesday.

    Script:

SOUNDBITE (English): Tom Boonen, Etixx-Quickstep cyclist

"I think the only way we could really improve in the classification of the UCI was getting more guys for the climbing so I think we improved on that field, and we stayed on the same level of strength for the classics, we have Michal, we have a team that is able to do well everywhere except I think really in the big Tour de France for the classification but it is a choice that we made a few years ago, maybe it will change in the future, I am not sure but we have a very well balanced team for every race."

SOUNDBITE (English): Tom Boonen, Etixx-Quickstep cyclist

"I like to get off on a good start, good start always means that you have done a good winter and yeah, just hope for the best, stay healthy that is all I want, the rest is up to me, I have been training very well so if I stay healthy for sure I will be good in the classics."

SOUNDBITE (English): Mark Cavendish, Etixx-Quickstep cyclist

"I don't think that there is another team in the peloton that does a race night as a team presentation. It shows the Belgian roots of Etixx-Quickstep, that you can have a team presentation in a velodrome, people are going to see and come and watch a bike race instead of us all there in suits, you know, it is really nice, it really integrates well the fans, the coach and the riders and they see some action you know."

SOUNDBITE (English): Michal Kwiatkowski, Etixx-Quickstep cyclist

"It is always amazing for me racing in Belgium, especially on the beginning of the year, the first time in a rainbow jersey, being here is amazing you know, the crowd is amazing, and yeah I enjoy this time."

SOUNDBITE (English): Michal Kwiatkowski, Etixx-Quickstep cyclist

"We are, after two training camps you know as you can see the group sticks together, we have a great spirit and that you know, we are very motivated so I can't wait to race first in Argentina so, I just can't wait."
