  • Intro:

The Indian captain, Virat Kohli, talks (10th January) after the fourth and final Test match in Sydney ends in a draw - as the hosts won the series 2-0.

    Script:

"At the international level, there's a lot for us to improve on as a Test side especially seeing the way the Australian's bowled. I think that's something that we need to learn from big time if we can improve on that we're going to be a strong Test side going forward."

"If we want to win Test matches eventually we're going to have to take 20 wickets, if you want to win a Test match. That's how simple and how plain it is. So, we really need to work towards that. I think the batting is coming together very well. You saw in the series guys wanting to take up the fight wanting to be in the competition."

"You know I use to expect a lot out of myself and unnecessarily put a lot of pressure on myself, now I believe in myself more. I don't tell myself to expect myself to go out there and get a century. I'd rather believe in myself that I will go out there and will be able to do it."

"I've really enjoyed myself and obviously the competition from the Australian team is something I've really enjoyed. There's a lot of you know things that went on during the series but eventually we all shook hands - and we respect the way they played and both teams mutually know that this was a strong fight and both teams enjoyed it equally."
