    Canada's Mikael Kingsbury made it back-to-back victories, while American K.C. Oakley claimed her first World Cup moguls win at Deer Valley in the USA on Friday (10 January).

    Thursday saw the aerials at Deer Valley Resort, but the spectacle continued for the crowd on Friday as the Freestyle Skiing World Cup moguls got underway.

    The men opened the competition where Olympic silver medallist Mikael Kingsbury of Canada secured a 22nd career victory.

    In fact, the 22-year-old scored 90.25 in Utah, making him the first athlete to pass the 90-point mark since the new scoring system was implemented.

    Matt Graham of Australia came second on the night, while American Patrick Deneen gave the home crowd something to cheer about with the bronze medal.

    In the women's event there was more joy for the United States as K.C. Oakley claimed her first ever World Cup win thanks to a score of 82.53 much to her delight.

    Canada completed the podium as the Dufour-Lapointe sisters Justine and Chloe finished second and third respectively on the evening.
