They were playing for bragging rights as both nations were already knocked out of the competition.

In the women's singles, Heather Watson, overcame local hope Casey Dellacqua.

She took the first set 6-3, and then the second 6-4.

Andy Murray followed up with a commanding performance in the men's when he took on Marinko Matosevic.

The Grand Slam champion won the first set 6-3.

In the second, Matosevic faded, allowing Murray to cruise to a 6-2 victory.

Murray and Watson then combined in the mixed doubles against Matosevic and Dellacqua.

After taking the first set 7-5.

They ran away with the second 6-1 to clinch the match and 3-0 win over the Australians.
