SOUNDBITE (English) Sam Allardyce, West Ham United manager:

"You know, Chelsea have got better players than last season. That's why they've gone one step closer to the title it looks like at the moment than they did last year. We've obviously improved tremendously from where we were but that doesn't make it easier for us playing Chelsea at Stamford Bridge because of the force that they are and because of the manager that he [Jose Mourinho] is."

SOUNDBITE (English) Sam Allardyce, West Ham United manager:

"For us, we're not expected to win or get result based on the fantastic form that they're in at the moment and the fantastic results they've achieved, particularly at home tis season. That takes the pressure off our players and hopefully relaxes them to play their best and I still if we play our best we might not win."

SOUNDBITE (English) Sam Allardyce, West Ham United manager

"We've got the two hardest games in 48 hours than anybody else. Chelsea away and Arsenal at home in 48 hours is a big demand for us even though we're on the top of our game at he moment. I think that getting through these two games is going to be a tremendous effort by all the players that get selected and hopefully they'll come through for us as they have done most of this season."
