Barcelona coach Luis Enrique on Friday (19 December) talked about their final game of the year when against Cordoba visit Camp Nou in Spain's La Liga on Saturday (20 December).

"We will meet a team which will be focused on their defence, trying to seize every chance to counter attack. We are very much used to this type of play. So there are many solutions to face it. Evidently we will have to attack in an orderly and sensible fashion. We must give our opposition few chances to attack us. That is what we are going to try tomorrow."

"It isn't my duty to give myself a verdict. We are in a new season and we are undergoing lots of changes. Throughout the months we have had our good and not so good moments. An average season when it comes to how we are evolving. I have no doubts that we should be judged on how we did at the end of the season. That will be the time for you to give us your verdict on how we did."

"We achieved eight consecutive victories in a winning streak. It isn't easy to win eight consecutive games. We clearly deserved to win against Getafe. We had our scoring opportunities even though we also suffered from occasions from our opponents. But had we won that last game, we would all be talking today of an incredible winning streak, had some of Leo's (Messi) shots ended in goal. But we didn't score and ended up with a draw."
