SOUNDBITE: (English) Alan Irvine, West Bromich Albion manager:

"It's nice to have got the results that we have done in the last two (games), but we obviously need to try and build on that."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Alan Irvine, West Bromich Albion manager:

"Like any player, he'll go through spells when he's not playing so well and he's had a few weeks, really, where he hasn't played to the same level (as before) and I just felt that a couple of games ago it was probably time to take him out of the firing line, give him a little bit of a chance to recover and recharge his batteries, and I expect he'll come back strongly again."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Alan Irvine, West Bromich Albion manager:

"Well, I don't want to give Harry (Redknapp, QPR manager) too many clues, but we will set-up as we do for any game. We have to be aware of the strengths and the threats of the opposition and we've then got to also be aware of any weaknesses, any areas that we may be able to exploit. And we've done our work as we would do for any of the games. We know how difficult it is to go to Loftus Road, they're doing extremely well there at the moment and we're going to have to deal with the threats that they pose. But we've got to create problems for them as well - and I believe that we can."
