"Our dream is to ride in the Tour de France, is to be part of the World Tour, and why wouldn't it be? If you're involved in cycling the Tour de France is the biggest thing in cycling. From a cricket point of view, as a young lad if you want to play for England you want to play in the Ashes - and there's a good chance you want to play at the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) on Boxing Day because there's 100-thousand people watching. You've got to... you can't be scared to dream big. But the important thing as well to state is that we definitely don't think we're going to do it next year, or next month - it's a huge journey and a long journey."

SOUNDBITE: Matt Prior, ONE Pro Cycling team co-founder (On early targets)

"Of course we want to win, that's why we're here, we want to have success. There's certain races that you'd want to target because they're the big races - the Tour of Britain, the Tour of Yorkshire, the Tour series are a few of the races, of course, we'd target and want some success there. But I think 2015 will be about almost getting ready for 2016 and making sure that we learn from our mistakes this year and really give it a good go in 2016 because, as I say, we want to progress and we want to progress quite quickly."

SOUNDBITE: Matt Prior, ONE Pro Cycling team co-founder (On doping in cycling and making sure team does not become involved in issue)

"It's very, very clear - there is a zero tolerance policy within ONE Pro Cycling. It's not what we stand for. But I don't think it should be an issue. I've, again, researched it, I've spoken to a number of people and we don't see it being a problem at all."

SOUNDBITE: Matt Prior, ONE Pro Cycling team co-founder (On allegations made in Kevin Pietersen's autobiography that Prior was the head of a bullying culture in the England dressing room)

"It was a tough time for myself and my family. But, as you say, with ONE Pro Cycling sort of alongside I was just putting all my energy into two things. One was this new team - ONE Pro Cycling - and creating the brand, and the other was my rehab(ilitation) and making sure that I gave myself the best chance."

"I want to play cricket again, of that there's no doubt."
