The first edition of the International Premier Tennis League moved to Dubai for the final leg.

With two days remaining, the Indian Aces remain the team to beat.

They were up against the Singapore Slammers and managed to win all four of the opening sets.

World number five Ana Ivanovic defeated Daniela Hantuchova, Fabrice Santoro then extended the Aces lead with a win over Pat Rafter in the legends set.

A pair of doubles wins then set up the men's singles finale between Tomas Berydch and Gael Monfils, which the Slammers won.

But the Aces held on for a 28-24 victory.

The UAE Royals won their first home match against the Manila Mavericks in a closely fought 26-25 victory.

Caroline Wozniacki gave the hosts a great start, beating Kirsten Flipkens.

But the Mavericks then snatched three narrow victories in succession as Mark Philippoussis saw off Goran Ivanisevic in the legends singles action.

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga defeated Novak Djokovic, and Nenad Zimonjic and Kristina Mladenovic overcame Daniel Nestor and Flipkens in the mixed doubles.

The day's action keeps the Aces at the top of the league with 34 points.
