Toulouse earned their impressive 100th victory in European rugby on Sunday, after they beat Glasgow Warriors 19-11 at home in the European Rugby Champions Group 4.

After 18 minutes of Glasgow desperately trying to bring their opening chances into fruition, it was Toulouse who eventually opened the score when Nicolas Bezy scored a penalty.

However, it did not take Glasgow long to retaliate, when Finn Russell made the points level after just six minutes.

The hosts were on fire in the second half, when Maxime Medard incited some confusion in the Glasgow defence, and thundered down the pitch to score Jean-Marc Doussain's kick ahead.

Glasgow were already men down and were forced to stay defending a number of attacks, but Niko Matawulu managed to take advantage of a rare chance and score, after Josh Strauss shipped the ball.

Duncan Weir also attempted to narrow the gap, but he missed the conversion that would potenially give them a bonus point, and the game ended 19-11 for the hosts.
