Two days on from the funeral of Phillip Hughes, Australia and India were on Friday getting ready for the first Test at the Adelaide Oval starting next Tuesday.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Darren Lehmann, Australia Coach:

"Yeah they have. They want to get out there and you know do what they've done for many years and play cricket and enjoy the game that you know we all love. So, we have spoken about it plenty over the last few days, obviously. It was a great funeral, obviously a send-off for Hughesy the other day, and you know we thank the people of Macksville and the Hughes family for that. And now it is a case of us trying to play some cricket."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Darren Lehmann, Australia Coach:

"Stick together, basically. We obviously lost a family member from our cricket community, and now it is a case of rallying around each other, rally around his family and the whole CA (Cricket Australia) cricket family and get on with what we do well and that's play some cricket."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Darren Lehmann, Australia Coach:

"Yeah, he (captain Michael Clarke) is pretty mentally strong. As you saw throughout the week, he was great with the Hughes family and held himself together really well, led the team really well. So, from our point of view, he flies in this afternoon, get him tomorrow, get him batting and see how he goes."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Darren Lehmann, Australia Coach:

"As long as he (Clarke) is fine, he can do the running, and you know bat at the level he needs to. We'll be fine. We want our captain playing, simple as that."
