Intro:
Paraguay's Julieta Granada shoots a two-under-par round of 70 to take a one-shot lead into the final round of the CME Group Tour Championship.
Script:
The penultimate round of the season-ending LPGA Tour Championship began on Saturday.
Julieta Granada shared the overnight lead with Carlota Ciganda of Spain but the Paraguayan moved one shot clear at the top of the standings after a two-under par 70 third round.
Ciganda's 8-under-par 70 saw her slip to second.
Joining Ciganda at that mark in Florida is home favourite Morgan Pressel, who saved par at the 9th hole. The Tampa-born golfer rose from third spot yesterday.
Lydia Ko is tied for fifth at 6-under and the Kiwi needs to finish fifth or better to stand a chance of winning the Race to the CME Globe.
Also in contention for the season points title is American Michelle Wie, who sits in a tie for seventh at 5-under and should require at least a fourth-place finish to clinch the crown.
In the Sunshine State, Stacy Lewis, So Yeon Ryu and Shanshan Feng will also be vying to take home the cheque worth a cool $1m.
