    Script:

Bayern Munich continued their run at the top of the Bundesliga after thrashing Hoffenheim 4-0 at home on Saturday.

Mario Gotze opened the score after 23 minutes with an impossibly sublime long-range shot that left goalie Oliver Baumann with no chance of saving.

Robert Lewandowski doubled the figures just before halftime, after he successfully headed in Robben's clever lob.

Star striker Gotze was replaced in the second half by Bastian Schweinsteiger, who was making his first appearance of the season following his injury.

The action continued into the last minutes of the game, where Robben and Lewandowski teamed up again to exchange passes before the Dutchman eventually scored the third.

Schweinsteiger was noticeably eager to make his mark on the game, as his pass to Sebastian Rode resulted in the fourth and final goal of the game, giving Bayern a 7 point lead at the top.
