SOUNDBITE: (English) Richie McCaw, New Zealand captain (On captaining New Zealand for the 100th time) "I'm excited about getting out there and playing. I always said the milestones and personal stuff comes well second to the team performing. That's all I want and that would be the best thing to celebrate that would be if the team goes well and we have good performance and win. But yeah it's something to reflect on I guess over the summer, something to think about.
To be fair I try to just make sure I focus on doing my bit for this week and for the game tomorrow.
"If we give them space and time with the ball, I think they showed especially against the Wallabies, they've got some guys who've been around for a long time. Especially out wide they have the chance to get the ball into space, they're dangerous. But the old story, it starts up at numbers one to five and it's going to be a big battle in itself.
"Yeah I think hopefully we learned some lessons from the last couple of years. The reality is that most of the guys that are playing tomorrow didn't play last week, so having to watch usually adds a wee bit of fire and I think we've seen that this week. I think it's about being genuine, I thought last year we were, but looking back on it, we just weren't quite against a team like (Ireland), the way they turned up, it was a pretty tough day and we are going to expect a Welsh team to be exactly the same tomorrow."
