SOUNDBITE: (English) Louis van Gaal, Manchester United manager (on Daley Blind's knee injury):

"He is not ready to play. He has now a brace on his knee. Ten days rest... and then we have to make another scan and then we can say more about his injury. It is not so bad as... the doctors are thinking after the match, but it shall be... a long story I believe, but it is not six months or so, something like that."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Louis van Gaal, Manchester United manager (on why United sold striker Danny Welbeck to Arsenal in the Summer):

"He was not a line-up (starting) player. He was more substitute than line-up, and he was already with different coaches, not a line-up player. And then comes Mr. van Gaal and then the world is changing. No, no the world is not changing. The facts, the facts are that. It's not my facts, it's the facts of Danny Welbeck."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Louis van Gaal, Manchester United manager (on Arsenal's style of play):

"So, I admire the way of playing of Arsenal, already for such a long time, because it's an attacking way of playing football, and you play football for the fans, so I think that's very... nice, and about the rivalry... yes, it's normal in sport, I think."
