Stuart Lancaster, Danny Care and Anthony Watson give their thoughts ahead of England's match with South Africa.

SOUNDBITE: (English) Stuart Lancaster (on the challenge that South Africa will pose)

"I think it's seven hundred, eight hundred caps. You look across the side and you can't see many weaknesses. Clearly their motivation will be very high. It would be for England at Twickenham anyway, but off the back of a defeat it will make them a huge challenge for us. At their best, as you saw in the New Zealand game and throughout a lot of the Rugby Championship, they've got a very strong maul, a very strong scrum and set-piece, an expanding attacking game and a pressurised defensive system. So you add to that the physicality that they've got and it's a good side coming to Twickenham. But equally, we've got to accept these challenges now head on and find out where we're at and make sure that we deliver."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Danny Care (on getting back to winning ways after losing to New Zealand)

"Yes. I think that's the great thing about this series. You get to go back out there. We were playing against the best team in the world last week, we're playing against the second best team in the world this week. So some unbelievable games playing against the best teams in the world. That's where you test yourselves, against the best, to see where we're at as a team. No one in our squad has ever beaten South Africa which is a bit of a hoo-doo for us so hopefully we can get a win over them. We managed a draw a couple of years ago but it would be great to get out there and get a win on Saturday."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Anthony Watson (on lining up against Bryan Habana)

"Yes it's a massive challenge. He's a quality player, but that being said, all of South Africa's backs are quality players. I mean I watched Habana growing up and he's unbelievably fast and I think he's got 103, 104 caps so that speaks for itself doesn't it really. So it's going to be a good challenge but it's one that I've prepared well for."
