"(My) Personal opinion, I think this is the right time to come forth, 2024. I don't know what city. I don't know the other competitors. I'm not saying anything because I don't know who (is) showing interest. I think this is the time for the States to come back with a nice bid because 2024.... maybe they will have a good chance."
