"So, to start with a small summary, we're 24 hours before our arrival in Guadeloupe - if everything goes well, it's not over yet. We're under the rain and trade winds after seven days of racing. I'm in the lead, onboard this magnificent vessel. Here I am in my small cabin, sheltered from the rain. It's my little indoors area. Here's the kitchen and there's a card table just there. Outside, the conditions aren't too bad. We're in the trade winds. We're going with the flying fish in the direction of Guadeloupe where if everything goes well, we be will there between Sunday and Monday. For the time being we are in the lead and I'm hoping it stays that way till the end. Speak to you soon."

"Hi, it's the weekend. It's been six days since we left Le Salou. We've had good sailing conditions. We're sailing towards the south - we have to. There's a cyclone in the area. If we go straight ahead we will find ourselves without any wind. So we're sailing south and I think everyone else will do the same sooner or later. So the rankings will be affected by that.
