The second round of the LPGA Mizuno Classic got underway in Japan on Saturday.

World number two Stacy Lewis shot a 72 to be tied for 27th and needs a low score in the final round to reclaim her No 1 tag.

Lee Na Ri of South Korea sunk eight birdies to lie seventh at seven-under.

Japan's Kotono Kozuma fired a 67 and was one stroke back with South Koreans Mi Hyang Lee and Chella Choi.

South Korean Ilhee Lee is one of three players tied in first on nine under.

Dame Laura Davies also shares the lead after the Englishwoman hit a five-under-par 67. The 51-year-old will become the oldest winner of an LPGA event if she prevails in the final round.

Japan's rising star Ai Suzuki is the final golfer tied in top spot.

Suzuki became the youngest winner of the Japan LPGA Championship in September aged 20 and is competing in her first LPGA event.
