SOUNDBITE (English) Will Genia, Wallabies scrum-half:

    (On the Kurtley Beale scandal)

"To be honest that stuff has been dealt with and talked about too much. Coming over here we're just focused on preparing as well as we can and putting in a good performance against the Barbarians on Saturday."

"You just got to get on with it. Those sorts of things, whether it be that situation or something else, there's always things that are going on in the background. It's just all about focusing on what's important. For us that's training well and looking forward to the game."

SOUNDBITE (English) Ben McCalman, Wallabies back-row:

(On the atmosphere within the team)

"Very positive at the moment. Only had a couple days together, but got another couple of runs before Saturday, but remaining very positive at this stage."

SOUNDBITE (English) Will Genia, Wallabies scrum-half:

(On new coach Michael Cheika and if players are confident he won't favour Waratah players he knows from his time as head coach there)

"Cheik's a really honest guy, tells you how it is. As far as selection as far as anything really. He's a straight shooter so we feel confident and comfortable. He's here as a Wallabies coach. We don't see him as a Waratahs coach or anything like that. He's here as a Wallabies coach and he's done an exceptional job thus far in the last couple days."

SOUNDBITE (English) Ben McCalman, Wallabies back-row:

(On what new coach Michael Cheika has brought into the team)

"From the trainings we've had it's just about being consistent. He's focused on being consistent, whether you're carrying the ball, you're not carrying hard and then slacking off the next one. It's about having a lot of purpose when you do something and being more efficient in the way we play. That's probably the biggest thing I've noticed in the last day or two training."
