    SOUNDBITE: (English), Michael Cheika:

"I wouldn't say it is a happy thing the whole thing. I wouldn't say there is anything happy about it but the tribunal has made it's decision. Beale has got the chance to play again which is good. But he has paid a heavy fine and a heavy price -- he has missed a few games already, so like I say no one is too happy about anything because it is not a happy type of thing. It's dealt with and get on with playing footie."

Question: What are the chances of him joining the squad?

"Well I think the first thing that he needs to do is go and start training because he obviously been under a fair bit of pressure himself as you can imagine, so he hasn't done any training in the last couple of weeks. So he needs to go and get himself in condition first of all and then we will see what happens. Right now the lads picked the squad -- obviously I come on pretty late but I have spoken to all the players and I am really comfortable with all the players I have got here so it's not like there is any desperation or anything, no."
