Intro:
Reaction from Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini on Saturday (25th October) after West Ham beat the defending league champions 2-1 at Upton Park.

SOUNDBITE (English) Manuel Pellegrini, Manchester City manager:
"Well of course I am very disappointed to lose this game. We had not only the (Sergio) Aguero chance but more clear chances that we couldn't score. I think West Ham played very well in the first half. But we also created two or three chances not to lose the first half but we didn't. We improved a lot in the second half and we had a lot of chances to at least draw or win this game. But if you don't score that goal you can't win."
SOUNDBITE (English) Manuel Pellegrini, Manchester City manager (on whether he is concerned about the gap between Man City and leaders Chelsea after the defeat):
"I always concerned about my team. What the other teams can do is not my concern. We will see what Chelsea can do (vs Manchester United on Sunday). We have 87 points more to continue fighting for them. I think we are just starting the season and of course we tried to count (collect) as soon as we can but not always you can (collect points)."
