Reaction from West Bromwich Albion boss Alan Irvine and Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock after the Baggies come from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 in the Premier League.

"I've had very few reasons at any time during my time in the job to question anything with them or to raise my voice whether that's in training or in a match situation. But today they didn't do what we all planned what we'd do and as a result of that I had to tell them."

"He (Craig Dawson) has smashed him (Julian Speroni) in the face and he's got away with it. I don't know how. But it's taken a little bit away because the lads then had to (rally)... it gave them (West Brom) a lift didn't it and we were under the cosh a bit. And as always, the third goal is vital and so early in the second half, even though they (West Brom) changed their system. But then something like that then gives you a kick really and we struggling again. We're hanging in there and another penalty, a certain penalty is given against us which is doubly hard to take."
