"Yeah, I mean this is a great golf course and the condition is great also. It got a bit windy today and it was lucky yesterday on the Pro-Am that we tried it in really windy conditions, so I knew what I was facing today. Yeah, I played really solid and my short game was amazing today...chipping and pitching was just really, really good and I hit them close there."

SOUNDBITE: (English) John Wade, Australia:

"Yeah, it was. You get a few wedges in your hand early and I managed to hit it in close a couple of times. Then, the eagle kind of suddenly, really got things going and I am six-under after six. So, I guess I tried to play probably holes of six, if you know what mean. In bunches of six holes and I just tried to just start again and that was difficult because - as I say - I haven't been out of here at all and trying to just hang on for a few holes and just settle down. I sort of got used to hitting shots again. That sounds silly as well but when you are not playing a lot of golf it is getting to the flags that are tucked away and just scoring. So, yeah I managed to just stay pretty clear in the head all day and tried to enjoy having a good score. It doesn't happen too often these days. And, round here it is just such a nice golf course to shoot a low score on."

"It was good. I had an enjoyable day today with Charl (Schwartzel) and Jase (Dufner). We all played fairly solid. Jase was a little bit scratchy after his lay-off but I think we just fed off each other - and I think we are all pretty happy with the way it finished and how the round went today."
