QPR manager Harry Redknapp believes his side deserved to beat Liverpool in their English Premier League clash on Sunday.

SOUNDBITE: Harry Redknapp, Queen's Park Rangers manager (on why his team lost):

"Bit of naivety really. The first goal was farcical, we give a free kick away and turn our back on the ball and walk away and they take a quick free kick. We were great today. We hit the woodwork twice in the first half. I thought we could have been home and gone at the half, we were miles the better team. I lost two key players during the game. Nedum Onuoha was fantastic first half, came off hamsring. And we lose Sandro. It disrupted us, I have to put Fer to central midfield, he was doing great at the lefe for me. I have to bring Traore on, it upset the balance a bit. But we never gave up, we kept going. I thought we were excellent today."

SOUNDBITE: Harry Redknapp, Queens Park Rangers manager (on if he's had a game with more bad luck than today's):

"You don't always get what you deserve in life and we didn't get what we deserved today. We didn't deserve to get beat - an absolute injustice really."
