    Chinese teenager Li Hao Tong fired a brilliant six-under-par 65 for a three-shot lead after the second round of OneAsia Tour's Nanshan China Masters on Friday (10th October).

    One of the star players in the field is 15-year-old amateur Guan Tianlang.

    Guan carded a one-over 72 and two-over for the tournament to make the weekend cut.

    Michael Sim showed why he was once the top-ranked amateur in the world with a brilliant chip from the green-side rough on the seventh hole for a birdie.

    He carded a two-under 69 to lie joint-sixth at three-under overall.

    American Gareth Sapp equalled the best round of the day with a six-under 65.

    Overnight co-leader Rhein Gibson carded a steady one-under 70.

    Gibson is fourth at five-under for the tournament.

    Nick Gillespie sank a neat birdie putt on the ninth hole to start a hat-trick of birdies on his way to 68.

    Gillespie shares second spot at six-under overall.

    Nineteen-year-old local hope, Li Hao Tong, came our firing in the second round with four birdies in his first nine holes, including a birdie putt at the 18th, his ninth hole.

    Li carded two more birdies on the third and fifth holes to tie the best score of the day with a six-under 65.

    He takes a three-shot lead into the weekend.
