"For me it's a natural thing, we got a big advantage in the sense that we know each other so well, that we don't have to work those extra weeks to know each other, to understand what we like to doing on the court, when we cut, when we want to dribble, when we want to shoot, when we are in a good mood when we are not, we know all that I look at TD (Tim Duncan) and I know how he feels and what he wants to do. Then with the rest of the team you know most of them I have been playing together for quite a few years and we play finals we lost some we win some so that gets you together. We got that corporate knowledge that we talk about pretty well set up, so that's an advantage but at the end of the day you got to go on the court play well and play together and that's not a given, you got to work for it."

"I guess that's just an individual, you know we are fortunate to have guys with great character, they have apathy for each other, they pull for each other they enjoy each others success, they just have high character and I think with that kinda person its easier to build a 'chemistry' as you say. So we have always been fortunate in that regard."
