    Olympic Council of Asia president Sheikh Ahmad lashed out on the Board of Control of Cricket in India for not sending a cricket team at the Incheon Asian Games.

    "But I'm sorry that the Indian delegate for the second games that they are not sending their professional team. I think i have to respect their request. But i believe as a sportsman to be honest and i'm sorry to say it like this. I think they are the people who are in-charge about cricket, looking to be business people and they want money more than promotion for the game. They want to control the market, they want to control the game, they want to keep their big athletes for their (inaudible), they never run for Olympic game or Asian game, this is not a sport. This is business industry. And to monopoly this with full respect, for now it will be only a generation period, future there will be some people who knock door to be equal with other sports. But now they are looking for business fuel more than sport fuel. For that they are killing the cricket, they are limited the NOC (national olympic committee) for participating in the cricket and they are controlling the market for cricket".
