    BMX cyclist Sam Willoughby saw off his rivals for victory in the final round of the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup.

    The Australian said he was delighted to see off Nic Long and Carlos Alberto Ramirez in the Elite Men's Class, who finished second and third respectively:

    "That was the best one of the day almost I think for me. I started rough today. Felt awesome yesterday and just today took a little bit to get going but that's all that matters that last lap so..."

    In the women's race, Mariana Pajon triumphed on the London replica track.

    The Colombian was thrilled to finish ahead of second-placed Alise Post and Caroline Buchanan in third:
