China dominated the weightlifting podium after winning two golds at the Incheon Asian Games on Friday.

Olympic champion Zhou Lulu proved herself the strongest woman in Asia by lifting 192kg to break the world record in the clean and jerk of the women's over 75kg division.

In bowling, South Korea picked up gold in the women's doubles squad event, successfully defending the title it had earned in the 2010 Guangzhou Asiad.

The duo of Lee Na-young and Son Yun-hee scored 2,553 points to beat out Malaysia's Shalin Zulkifli and Sin Li Jane.

At the Munhak Park Tae-hwan Aquatic Center it was another Chinese wave of success.

Chen Xinyi bagged the women's 50m freestyle with a result of 24.86 seconds.

Sun Yang left no chance for fellow swimmers in men's 1500m freestyle, while sprinter Ning Zetao helped China claim the men's 4x100m medley relay title in a hotly contested race.

China also dominated the trampoline, sweeping two gold and two silver medals - Dong Dong living up to his reputation as the London Olympic champion by winning the men's title.

So at the end of day 7, not surprisingly China remains in the lead on the medal table, well ahead of Korea and Japan.
