"I still have a lot to prove because of expectations I put on myself. I ask more of myself than anybody can ever ask of me. My expectations are still high, but I am more patient now than I was four years ago. I understand what it takes to win a championship. I understand winning a championship is the hardest thing you could ever do in your basketball career is to try and win a championship. I've been two up and two down in four years."

"We have to prepared each and every day to get better. Each and every day to each and every week to each and every month. And if we don't shortcut the process we're going to give ourselves a good chance of competing at the end of the year. It's going to be tough."

I can lead by command and I can lead by just my presence. That's the most important thing for me. Hopefully it can trickle down to everyone else and it can make us a better team."
