Entering the final phase of their preparations for the 2014 Ryder Cup, Rickie Fowler is drawing all the limelight.

"Yeah, just did it for fun... yeah, there's pictures all over."

Putting it into words, some players are talking about redemption, all just want to take home the trophy.

"It's awesome, great course, views are unbelievable. Great venue. We're all very, very excited."

Question: It would be a nice place to win?

"It would be, definitely."

Over in the European camp, there's an air of confidence.

" There is a lot of experience in the team which is great. You know, guys like myself it's the first time obviously that I've played (in the Ryder Cup), so any questions I've got I've got a wealth of experienced players to pick their brains if I need to. So yeah, it's a great mix of very good quality debutants and a wealth of experience - so it's a good mix."

Seven of the past nine Ryder Cup tournaments have been won by the Europeans.

This time round they're turning to fooball great Sir Alex Ferguson for inspiration, and their own fans.
