"Well, they've been able to pull it out at the end, a little better than we have. That's what I've seen. They pulled it out. I can't explain why, but that's obviously what's happened and that's... I have to give credit to the Europeans, they've played better at the end."

"I can assure that our team cares. They're all in for this Ryder Cup. I've been around them, for the last year and every time I see them they are talking about Ryder Cup. They know, of our position, they know we've been defeated, and they want to get that cup back. That's the attitude that I wanted... and that's very clear to me that this team is one-hundred per cent in, for the run here."
