The second round of the KLM Open began in Zandvoort, Holland, on Friday.
Richie Ramsay's birdie at the 6th hole followed his hole-in-one at the par three 11th.
The Scot is tied in fourth with American Peter Uihlein. Last year's 'Rookie of the Year' finished with a 68, six under.
Joining the pair at that mark is Dane Soren Hansen, who sank this birdie at the 17th.
It's a two-way fight for second after Edoardo Molinari carded a second successive 66 to go to eight under.
Joining the Italian as one of the favourites for the title is Romain Wattel of France. There were six birdies and just the one blemish on his card as a 65 took him to eight under overall.
But the plaudits belong to Pablo Larrazabal, who carded a course-record 62 to claim a two-shot lead at the halfway stage.
The Spaniard birdied his first six holes before finishing with two birdies and a bogey in the last three holes to finish 10 under par.
