"I don't think we are quite there to win the title at the moment in time. I think Manchester City and Chelsea just [have] that more stability within their squads. They know what the managers want from last season. They have made a few decent signings -- especially Chelsea. I think that the title will be between one of those two. I really feel that we can have a successful season by getting back into the Champions League where Manchester United need to be and I think that's very achievable."

"That's why everyone is disappointed in the first three games. People were thinking that as well they were games that we could pick up early points and that hasn't happened. Two draws and a defeat at Old Trafford wasn't the best of starts. But what we've got is QPR at home at the weekend and that is a 'must-win' game. And especially if we have got a lot of the new signings in -- we need to win that game to get it going. I think if that happens then we can go on a good run."
