"For me, my coach is happy, and that is the key thing. He sent me over to run a couple of races, and he was happy with how the season was going, so he said ok you can call it a season. So as long as the coach is happy, I am good. (on his foot) Oh yea. Perfect, I have no problem."

SOUNDBITE (English): Usain Bolt (on preparing for the Olympics)

"We take the World Championship first. I always try to take it a step at a time, going back to Beijing next year for the World Championships. Then I'll be gone, so for me, I am really focused on trying to get it done. So right now, I am just really happy with the way things are going. Trying to get a few workouts in the off season to keep going. Coach always says, have to keep active. That's my focus."

SOUNDBITE (English): Usain Bolt (on what drives him for Olympics)

"I really want to do this three times. I really want to prove to the world I can do this three times. I want to be the only athlete to ever have done it. So I am trying to make myself one of the greatest, not only in my sport, but among the greats in the world. So that is my focus."

"I think you have to make goals. I remember after the Olympics in London, I couldn't figure out what I was going to do. What was going to be my drive? So that season was kind of lazy. I've learned to make myself bigger goals, so I have to push myself and I am very competitive so I always want to get my goals. Definitely one of the things that keeps me going."
