SOUNDBITE: (German) Sepp Blatter, FIFA President

"My good friend here said something that disturbs so much in football and in sports but especially in football and that is discrimination and racism. And it's something so mean but actually it's something so stupid. And that we have to experience it in today's world on sport fields and stadiums I say it always - my friend Tokyo spoke about closed stadiums, fines. I always say according to the resolution that was declared by the FIFA congress in the year 2013 on the island of Mauritius. It was accepted by all, everyone stood up. We want to fight against racism. Also a catalogue of fines was made. None of this catalogue was applied so far. With empty stadiums you punish football, but if the committee is courageous and takes away scores or to kick a team out of a competition, then that will stop immediately."
