"Coming into the tournament, obviously I have a lot more matches behind me, a lot more confidence … as you mentioned, (I'm) a different player overall so that definitely helps a lot, especially when you come out on courts like that and you have to play against another American - you don't play only him but you play against the crowd - so I think it's a good start-up match for me but it's just the beginning. I waited to play my first round for quite some time so I'm relieved with that match so I'm looking forward to the next opponent."
