Maribor manager Ante Simundza said reaching the group stage of the UEFA Champions League was "a great thing for Slovenia" after their 1-0 aggregate win over Scottish side Celtic on Tuesday (26th August), a result which Celtic boss Ronny Deila described as "disappointing".

"I think the first half was not good enough, I think the pressure was to lead to energy and to lead to aggression but I think in the second half we went out and we were more aggressive and we got some chances as well and it was a very even game.
