A dramatic final day at Rally Germany saw Thierry Neuville climb from third to win after Jari-Matti Latvala and then Kris Meeke crashed out of the lead during the morning stage.Neuville's victory was made all the more impressive considering how close he came to never competing.On Thursday morning, the Belgian barrel-rolled through the vineyards near Trier.Team mechanics worked for 18 hours through the night to rebuild the battered i20 car and Neuville repaid them in style.Hyundai's win was the first in its debut year back in the series.Dani Sordo added further joy for the South Korean manufacturer by finishing second.Andreas Mikkelsen survived a spin earlier in the day to finish in third.Despite retiring after two crashes, Sebastien Ogier retains a 44-point lead over Latvala in the standings.While Volkswagen failed to clinch the manufacturers' title, the results guaranteed one of their drivers -- Latvala, Ogier, or Mikkelsen -- will win the individual crown.
