Great Britain has dominated in the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup.. taking out the elite men's and women's downhill titles.

Josh Bryceland and Manon Carpenter finished third on the final day.. enough to secure the overall win.

Australia's Sam Hill took the seventh round win.. the result left Bryceland on 1187 points.. who rode conservatively..

It's out of character for the 24 year old.

"Well it's one event I've gone over it so many times in my head mate and I was at the top and I was like, 'right, I'm cool with it, I'm good, just do your thing.'

"I just rode really tight and wasn't committing to my lines. I had a bit of a nightmare. To still be third place, yeah."

In the elite women, Carpenter topped the final standings on 1360 points.. just 50 points ahead of seventh round winner Rachel Atherton

"Bonkers. Really looking forward to the World Champs, happiest after I've got this now, I don't have to worry about that. It's more than I set up for at the start of the year so really happy."

A thrilling series finale.. the result going down to the wire.
