SOUNDBITE: (English) Everton manager Roberto Martinez:

"Yes, well I don't think there are any real surprises about Leicester. I think [Leicester manager] Nigel Pearson has put a team together that they share an incredible winning mentality and an incredible organisation in their side. They accumulated two years of very successful results and that's given them promotion now. So I don't think there will be many surprises on Saturday."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Everton manager Roberto Martinez (what would he consider to be progress in the season ahead?)

"It would be to maintain the level that we showed last season with the extra demand of European football. It's as simple as that. It's not about reaching certain positions or reaching certain levels. It's about replicating what we did last campaign with the group being a year wiser and a year older and a year more experienced in the way we want to play, and the way we work with each other and then making sure that the Europa League competition comes in and we embrace it, and we make sure that we use that to develop our potential but not finding it as an obstacle to performing well, week in, week out in the domestic league."
