SOUNDBITE: (English) England batsman Joe Root (about the mood in the camp after two victories)
"Yes, obviously, you come out of two games like that where we played some really, really strong cricket and there's a lot of confidence. A lot of guys have put in some really strong performances and as a side we've pulled really tight. We need to do that after Lord's, that was obviously not a very good performance as a team and I think we have done that exceptionally well. I think the key now is that we go into Friday and continue to do that. We build on what we've done and just remember it's just a start on where we want to be. We want to improve as a side. We want to keep developing and become a really good Test team and we can't just rest on two Test wins. We want to make sure we capitalise on what we started on and really cement what we've done and take this series home."
SOUNDBITE: (English) England batsman Joe Root (why has it suddenly clicked in the last two Test matches?)
"We've been doing a lot of good things this summer throughout it all and it's obviously been quite a new team, there's obviously quite a lot of new faces coming into it, guys have been having to do slightly different roles to what they have been used to and I think it's just coming together nicely. I think sometimes these things take a bit of time and we've stayed really tight as a team and we have to continue doing that going forward but if we manage to do that over the next couple of days I don't see why there's any reason why we can't win this Test match."
