    Greg Rutherford added Commonwealth long jump gold to his Olympic title on a strong day for England in Glasgow on Wednesday.

    The 27-year-old produced a third round 8.20m jump to snatch victory.

    Alicia Blagg and Rebecca Gallantree produced a stunning final dive to win England their second gold medal on the opening day of diving in Glasgow.

    The pair's forward three-and-a-half somersault in their fifth and final dive secured 72.54 to give them a winning total of 300.24.

    And finally in the gymnastics, Claudia Fragapane won her second Games gold in Scotland as England dominated the all-around gymnastics finals.

    The 16-year-old's four rotations earned her a score of 56.132 and completed a podium clean sweep.
