SOUNDBITE: (English) Steve Moneghetti, Australia chef de mission:

"I'm not sure. It was in the early hours of Wednesday morning, so you can ... There's no alcohol in the residents' [section] of the village, and this occurred in the residents' section of the village. So it would be speculation to say that alcohol was involved, because there's no alcohol permitted in the residents' section where the incident occurred."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Steve Moneghetti, Australia chef de mission:

"He [Francois Etoundi] was pretty open and honest, and he agreed that... he understands the team agreement, and it wasn't a long discussion on ... it wasn't "argy-bargy" on whether he's breached that team agreement. He was open and honest about that."
