SOUNDBITE: (English) Sally Pearson, Australian hurdler:

"Probably as best as it can be. What day is it today? Wednesday. Yesterday was seven weeks since my injury, so it's disappointing that it had to happen and I'm just trying to find everything I can to come back. The London race on Sunday was a huge relief for me. The time was the fastest I've run all season, being over in Europe. So coming into the Commonwealth Games with that under my belt, rather than what I ran in Lucerne a few days beforehand was a huge confidence boost for me. So I'm a lot happier being in the village now than what I thought I was going to be."

SOUNDBITE: (English) Sally Pearson, Australia hurdler:

"Well I have to wait 48 ... the latest I can pull out the 100 (metres) if I'm going to, is 48 hours before, and I think I'm going to leave it at that. Right now it's probably more likely that I am going to pull out (of the 100 metres). I've had a few discussions with people, including obviously my coach, and we're probably thinking that I'm not at that stage where I can do two events."
