    Script:

Vissel Kobe were away to the Yokohama F Marinos for a midweek Japanese J-League clash.

Kobe started the night eight points adrift of leaders Urawa while Yokohama were eleven off of the top.

The visitors opened the scoring in the 18th minute when the ball found Pedro Junior in the area.

He controlled it, skipped past a challenge and curled his effort past the keeper to make it 1-0 Vissel Kobe.

Yokohama levelled just three minutes later.

Kobe managed to clear a dangerous free-kick by Shinsuke Nakamura.

The ball came out to Shingo Hyodo who controlled it with his chest before firing a perfect volley into the bottom corner to make it 1-1.

Yokohama came close to completing the comeback in the second half but Shohei Ogura's terrific strike came crashing back off the post..

Kobe too had a chance to seal all three points, Pedro Junior looking for his second, but the Brazilian was unable to find the target.

It ended 1-1, the draw leaving Kobe 10 points off the top following Urawa's 2-0 win.
