"The one thing about links golf is it can certainly throw you off. When you feel like you are playing well there are a lot of land mines out there that unfortunately you can get in to and blow up a round of golf. One of the things about playing links golf is that you have to stay out of the bunkers, the fairway bunkers in particular, they are all hazards, they are all one-stroke hazards and they have plenty of them here at Royal Porthcawl. This is a great golf course, it's a difficult golf course, it's running, it's fiery, the greens which makes it more challenging playing here."
