SOUNDBITE: (English) Sir Roger Moore (on his message to viewers of opening ceremony)

"Please when something may come up on the screen (in the stadium) when if you can make a phone call and support, really support all of the athletes in the Games who are not like professionals. They are doing it for the love of the sport, for the love of the country, of their countries, and out of this if some good can come to the children, all the children of the Commonwealth, then we should be very, very happy. And to Australia, I say, good on you sport."
