Miami Heat's Chris Bosh continued his visit to Ghana on Saturday.

He attended the Sprite Ball Clinic in Cape Coast which was an exercise to assess the level and shared knowledge of basketball by the students.

The event formed part of a screening exercise to select a player to represent their country at the 2014 Basketball Without Borders programme in South Africa next month.

The visit of Bosh inspired the basketball community to pursue excellence on the court.

The 30-year-old agreed a new five-year contract with the Miami Heat on Friday in a deal reportedly worth around £68.9m.

Heat President Pat Riley will have been disappointed though to lose Bosh's team-mate LeBron James to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Next on the agenda for the Heat is persuading Dwyane Wade to put pen to paper on a new contract.

But today was all about Ghana and what Bosh describes as the country's 'exciting' basketball potential.
